Van Oers, de ondernemer die voorop loopt!
Vanaf het allereerste begin was onze filosofie ‘daadkrachtige dienstverlening gekoppeld aan een open persoonlijkheid’, zo omschreef oprichter Harrie van Oers het. Daar staan we nog steeds om bekend, ook nu we met ruim 480 medewerkers behoren tot de grotere regionale accountants- en belastingadvieskantoren van Nederland.
Van Oers kent zo’n twintig specialismen, die samenwerken als één team.

We doen veel meer dan gewoon goed werk afleveren. We gaan voor de hoogste kwaliteit én tonen lef en daadkracht. Zo blijven we innoveren. - Weten wat er speelt
We werken met mensen, collega’s en ondernemers. Daar zijn we ons altijd bewust van. Wat er bij iemand speelt, is iets waarmee je rekening wilt houden. Want mensen bepalen het succes. Als je het zo bekijkt, zitten we helemaal niet ‘in de cijfers’. Bij Van Oers bouwen we aan duurzame relaties. Onderling en met klanten.
- Ruimte voor groei
Wie voorop wil blijven lopen, moet ruimte hebben om te groeien. Daarom geven we die aan elkaar. Zodat iedereen voelt: ik mag hier lef tonen, leren, ontwikkelen. Daar horen fouten bij. - Gewoon doen
