About Joust
Joust is the bridge between motivated young professionals and ambitious clients. We focus on (recent) graduates with 0-2 years of experience and match these young professionals with interesting companies. We do this in the form of a tailored traineeship in Finance, IT or Data. In the Joust traineeship you receive training and coaching adapted to your personal needs. This includes a steep learning curve in terms of hard and soft skills. Through Joust you will gain relevant work experience and have the possibility of joining the company after 12 to 18 months.

The objective of this training is to provide students with the skills and confidence necessary to deliver compelling and impactful presentations. During this workshop, we will share tips and tricks to enhance their presentation skills. We will offer guidance on self-presentation, focusing on aspects such as tone of voice, spatial utilization, how to pitch oneself, and adapting to others’ communication preferences. Through a combination of theory, practical exercises, and constructive feedback, participants will develop a heightened sense of self-awareness and mastery in the art of presenting.
